Pain in the FOOT

I'm starting to get to the end of my rope. I've been dealing with Plantar Faciatus (or however it's spelled) since mid-summer. I already had orthodics. I went back to my Podiatrist, and she signed me up for six laser treatments to break up the inflammation. Mind you, when she pointed this out, I thought that was what feet were supposed to look like. Nope, all of those little bumps were really inflammation. Oh, and not only were both feet full of inflammation, both facia ligaments had multiple micro tears. So, the lasers helped a bit (mostly with the left foot).

The right foot continues to be ever so painful. I can't get up without pain shooting through my foot. I have tried EVERYTHING. Next step is cortisone shot (trying to avoid)...

Anyone else dealing with this? I'm sort of over it. I think 5 months is enough.

OK, rant over!!
